As a first time mom, I craved a resource just like this: a thoughtfully compiled/research-backed list of activities to engage with my baby. These cards (along with the activity play cards) are a MUST HAVE for any parent. I’ve been more engaged and thoughtful with my son. It’s beautiful seeing him grow and learn new skills - and I credit a lot of this to Curious Baby! .

Could be better for younger babies. I love the mobility cards but these ones don’t really help until maybe they are older. Basically says “talk to them” as babies. Can’t say for certain how helpful it is for babies older that 1 year old.

Nice. My baby was premature and we were sometimes unsure the best way to go about certain activities and learning. This was a really useful, helpful guide for us and anyone who watched her. I feel like it honestly did give us a great idea of what and when we should be doing things. Not a solutions by any means, but a nice tool for parents.
Great. These cards are great preparation for kids who are approaching preschool age! I love the little explanations that tell what and why that particular story builds a certain skill. My nephew didn't care too much about these until he was about 1 (when he enjoyed sitting down and listening to stories).
Great Gift For Baby Shower. This set of baby speech and language development cards are so helpful. I like that these are cards instead of a book, much easier for everyday use. You don't have to hold open a book to do each activity. The cards are held together with a ring, and you can easily take the cards out. The cards are good quality with kind of a waterproof coating and a great size. Reminds me of food recipe cards, but more so recipes for helping baby with speech and language. Pact full of information and really appreciate that there's different activities for different stage/milestone. Only thing is, it is a bit pricey. Would make a thoughtful baby shower gift.

The speech and language cards provide a ton of great activities that are simple to do and promote bonding with your children. Most activities in the cards are geared towards children 8 months and older. I love that each card provides an explanation of why each activity aids in a child's development and allows parents the ability to improvise.
