What's your return policy
- We offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy on all toy products for items received in new, unused condition
- For large item returns (Over $49), we will charge a 20% restocking fee
- We make it easy. Returns and exchanges are handled in our self-service return portal
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs on all toy purchases.
Do you ship toys internationally?
Small items, Yes (Most items under $49+). However many of the PlanToys items aren't able to be shipped internationally due to the size and high shipping costs.
Please note, we do not provide free returns on international orders due to the high shipping cost.
