- We make it easy. Returns and exchanges are handled in our self-service return portal. Return shipping is free for orders shipped within the U.S.
For Returns from Our Toy Shop:
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee along with a return shipping fee to our warehouse.

🌏 Due to the high costs of worldwide shipping, we do NOT offer returns on items shipped outside of the United States.
If you decide to return your order, we will gladly accept it once it lands back at our warehouse in Dallas, Texas, however we will not be generating a prepaid label for you or covering free shipping costs.
